About the Role
Realhouse Communications Limited is seeking a motivated Mid-Level Graphic Designer who is passionate about visual storytelling and creative design.
The successful candidate will play an important role in creating attractive print and digital materials that support the company’s content, advertising, and property marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Content and Advertising departments, you will ensure every design reflects the company’s professional image and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
As the Graphic Designer, your responsibilities will include:
- Design brochures, flyers, banners, signage, property listing sheets, and other print materials.
- Create digital graphics for social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, websites, and online property listings.
- Maintain consistent branding across all print and digital communication channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to transform creative briefs into engaging visual designs.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printers and production vendors to ensure quality output.
- Edit and retouch photographs for property listings and marketing campaigns.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high creative standards.
- Stay updated on the latest graphic design trends, particularly within the real estate and property marketing industry.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:
- 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience across both print and digital media.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with Adobe XD or Figma is an added advantage.
- Excellent understanding of print production processes, including bleed settings, colour modes, and file preparation.
- Strong knowledge of typography, page layout, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
- A professional portfolio showcasing both print and digital design projects.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to receive and apply constructive feedback.
