The Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) has officially commenced its FRSC Recruitment 2026 (Road Safety Recruitment). This is a major nationwide recruitment exercise for suitably qualified Nigerians to join the Corps as officers, marshal inspectors, and road marshal assistants.

Available Positions in FRSC Recruitment 2026

Officer Cadre

A. Superintendent Route Commander (SRC) – CONPASS 11
Qualification: MBBS/MBCHB (Medical Doctors) + NYSC discharge/exemption certificate.
Age: 18 – 35 years.

B. Route Commander / Deputy Route Commander (RC/DRC) – CONPASS 10/09
Qualifications: B.Pharm, B.Sc. Nursing, BMLS, LLB/BL, B.Eng./B.Tech. in engineering courses + NYSC discharge/exemption certificate.
Age: 18 – 35 years.

C. Assistant Route Commander (ARC) – CONPASS 08
Qualifications: B.Sc/BA/BUN + NYSC discharge/exemption certificate.
Age: 18 – 35 years.

Marshal Inspectorate Cadre

Marshal Inspector II & III (MI-II & MI-III) – CONPASS 07 & 06
Qualifications: NCE, ND/OND, RN/RM, CHEW from recognised institutions.
Age: 18 – 30 years.

Road Marshal Assistant Cadre

A. Road Marshal Assistant II & III (RMA II & RMA III) – CONPASS 04 & 03
Qualification: A minimum of 3 credits in SSCE (including English & Mathematics) in not more than 2 sittings.
Age: 18 – 30 years.

B. Drivers/Riders and Artisans
Qualification: Minimum of 3 credits in SSCE + Trade Test Certificate and valid Driver’s License (where applicable).
Age: 18 – 30 years (26 – 40 years for articulated truck drivers).

General Eligibility Criteria for FRSC Recruitment 2026

• Must be a Nigerian by birth
• Must be computer literate
• A valid national driver’s Licence is an added advantage
• Must be medically fit (with certificate from a government hospital)
• Must be single
• Minimum height: 1.65m (male), 1.58m (female)
• Must have no criminal record, no tattoos, and no financial indebtedness
• Must use personal email and phone number for application
