Diffbydats is seeking a Customer Service Representative who is confident, customer-focused, and passionate about fashion and personal style. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with customers while maintaining a professional and stylish appearance.
Requirements
- Must be very fashionable and have a genuine love for fashion and style.
- Previous experience with CRM systems is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is expected.
- Must reside on Lagos Island, preferably around Lekki, Ikate, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Chevron, or Obalende.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Must be comfortable working in person.
