Job Summary
The Senior Graphic Illustrator will be responsible for producing premium-quality illustrations, social media graphics, marketing materials, website visuals, and branded creative assets that maintain and enhance the visual identity of CULTUR FM.
The successful candidate must be capable of working independently while collaborating with the creative team to deliver exceptional designs that exceed brand expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Design engaging social media graphics that reflect the CULTUR FM brand.
- Create visually compelling website graphics and digital marketing materials.
- Produce eye-catching promotional posters and advertising creatives.
- Design client proposal brochures that communicate brand strategy effectively.
Illustration
- Create original, high-quality illustrations that complement the company’s visual identity.
- Develop creative concepts that align with the existing design language.
- Produce illustrations suitable for digital campaigns, promotional materials, and branded content.
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with the creative team to maintain consistent branding.
- Adapt quickly to creative feedback and evolving project requirements.
- Contribute innovative ideas that strengthen the company’s visual presence.
- Ensure all creative work meets the highest quality standards.
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- An exceptional and extensive professional design portfolio showcasing high-quality illustration work.
- Demonstrated ability to create illustrations similar to the CULTUR FM visual style.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Other professional design software
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
- Excellent creative thinking and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with the following experience will have an added advantage:
- Previous experience working with music, entertainment, media, or culture-focused brands.
- Experience developing creative campaigns for digital platforms.
