Investment Management Trainee
Responsibilities
- Support portfolio management, investment research, and performance monitoring
- Assist with fund administration, client reporting, and market analysis
Compliance Trainee
Responsibilities
- Help monitor regulatory compliance with SEC and NGX requirements
- Support internal policy adherence, documentation, and reporting processes
Financial Control Trainee
Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly management accounts, reconciliations, and financial returns
- Support budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance submissions to regulators
Required Skills (All Roles)
- Strong analytical, numerical, and attention-to-detail abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Professionalism, integrity, and a strong desire to learn
SFS Capital Graduate Trainee Programme Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business, or related fields
- Recent graduate (0–2 years post-NYSC experience)
- Must have completed NYSC with a valid discharge certificate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
- CFA Level I or progress toward professional qualifications is an advantage
