Programme Overview
This is not a typical graduate trainee programme. This is an intensive 6 month accelerated leadership development programme.
Participants will rotate across the full energy value chain including upstream, midstream, downstream, power and technology. Trainees will be given real, high impact responsibilities from day one, will work on live business transactions and will receive direct mentorship from senior leaders within the group.
Sahara Group Graduate Trainee Requirements
To qualify for this programme applicants must:
- Hold a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Have 0 – 3 years post graduate work experience
- Demonstrate a strong interest in energy, business or technology
- Be driven, innovative and highly adaptable
