Eligibility / Requirements for The Nigerian Army Recruitment 2026

To qualify for the Nigerian Army Recruitment 2026 (91 RRI), applicants must

General Requirements

• Be a Nigerian citizen by birth
• Possess a valid National Identification Number (NIN) and Bank Verification Number (BVN)
• Be medically, physically, and psychologically fit
• Have no criminal record
• Have at least 4 credits in WAEC/NECO/NABTEB, including English Language
• Provide a valid Certificate of State of Origin
• Provide a valid birth certificate

Age Requirements

• Non-tradesmen/women: 18–22 years
• Tradesmen/women: 18–26 years

Height Requirements

• Male applicants: Minimum height of 1.68 meters
• Female applicants: Minimum height of 1.65 meters
