Key Responsibilities
- Track vendor performance against KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Collect, validate, and analyse vendor performance data
- Support weekly and monthly vendor performance review meetings
- Prepare vendor scorecards, dashboards, and performance reports
- Monitor daily transport and logistics vendor activities
- Follow up on operational issues, delays, and corrective actions
- Support vendor onboarding, compliance, and contract administration
- Generate KPI reports including On-Time Delivery, Safety, Claims, and Cost Performance
- Attend vendor meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items
Maersk Graduate Internship Programme Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics concepts
- Familiarity with Power BI is an added advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to operational excellence
- Previous internship experience is an advantage but not required
