IITA-CGIAR Graduate Finance Internship Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (minimum Second Class Lower) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related disciplines
- At most 2 years post-NYSC experience
- Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of financial reporting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong numerical/analytical skills
- High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Professional qualifications such as ATSWA, ICAN (Foundation/Skills), ACCA (Foundation/Applied Skills), CIMA, or CPA are desirable
