Key Responsibilities
- Support the operations team in executing transactions across all banking operations
- Perform daily proofs and reconciliation of Inward and Outward electronic fund transfer GL accounts
- Review daily transactions via the bank application against switching company records
- Escalate open items arising from system issues or settlement errors
- Handle any other tasks assigned from time to time
Hope PSBank Graduate Trainee Requirements
- Minimum of a first degree or equivalent in Accounting, Banking & Finance, or related discipline
- 0–1 year of work experience (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply)
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Must be available to work from Lagos, Nigeria
