ARM Graduate Trainee Program Overview
This is a fully structured 18 month fast track development programme. Participants will complete structured rotations across all key departments of the business including:

- Research & Analysis
- Operations
- Client Services

Trainees will work on live projects, receive intensive technical training and be assigned a dedicated senior mentor for the full duration of the programme.
ARM Graduate Trainee Program Requirements
To qualify for the ARM Graduate Trainee Program 2026 applicants must:
- Hold a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Have fully completed NYSC
- Have a maximum of 1 year post graduate work experience
- Be 25 years old or younger as at December 2026
- Demonstrate a strong genuine interest in finance and asset management
- Possess a high performing, driven and results oriented mindset
