Customer Service Representative Job at Tobs Reality
Tobs Reality is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers, clients, and visitors. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer support, respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, and help maintain a positive customer experience while supporting daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in person, by telephone, email, and social media.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about company services.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward prompt resolutions.
- Schedule appointments and maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Follow up with clients regarding appointments, services, feedback, and outstanding concerns.
- Respond to online inquiries and direct qualified leads to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks, filing, data entry, and document management.
- Track customer concerns and identify recurring issues for management.
- Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction and service-quality goals.
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and confidentially.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email applications.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
