7Up Graduate Trainee Program Overview
This is a fully structured graduate development programme designed to develop the next generation of leaders for the company. Participants will go through cross departmental rotations, work on live business projects and receive dedicated mentorship from experienced senior professionals.
Trainees will be given the opportunity to discover their strengths and find the best fit for their skills across all areas of the business.

7Up Graduate Trainee Program Requirements
To qualify for the 7Up Graduate Trainee Program 2026 applicants must:
- Hold a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Have fully completed NYSC
- Have 0 – 2 years post graduate work experience
- Possess strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage
- Be willing to work in any of the company’s locations within or outside Nigeria
