KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation Nigeria is hiring a PPM Cluster Coordinator in Kano to strengthen Public-Private Mix (PPM) operations across supported facilities. This role is pivotal to improving TB case finding, data quality, and program accountability within engaged private health facilities under the guidance of the State Program Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the identification, onboarding, and sustained engagement of private health facilities for TB care
  • Mentor and provide technical oversight to Linkage Coordinators across the PPM network
  • Collect, review, analyze, and consolidate weekly, monthly, and quarterly data submissions
  • Conduct monthly validations to ensure completeness, accuracy, and traceability of facility data
  • Harmonize and align PPM data outputs with Local Government TBLS records for consistent program reporting
  • Promote optimal use of the MATS App for client screening and improve real-time documentation practices
  • Strengthen documentation quality, case finding performance, and linkage processes across facilities
  • Contribute to operational reviews and support performance improvement as directed

Required Qualification and Skills

  • HND or Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree considered an advantage)
  • 1–2 years relevant experience in development work, with exposure to health programs
  • Prior TB program experience is strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to review and analyze data sets and work with reporting chains
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy, strong judgment, and analytical thinking
  • Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and professional accountability
  • Ability to multitask and deliver reliably under pressure and tight timelines
