Talent Lab Limited is recruiting LGA Consultants to provide technical assistance to selected Local Government Primary Health Care Departments in Kebbi, Kano, and Yobe States. The role supports planning, coordination, and implementation of quality polio campaigns, with a strong focus on special intervention approaches in security-compromised areas, daily data analysis, and coordination with partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the use of special intervention SOPs for quality campaigns in security-compromised areas
  • Engage LGA actors and partners (e.g., WHO, UNICEF, AFENET) to support campaign implementation
  • Analyze and report GTS data daily and provide feedback to teams and stakeholders
  • Update LGA special intervention activity tracker and provide daily preparedness updates to the state consultant
  • Support collation and validation of account details for campaign implementation teams
  • Provide timely reporting and documentation to support campaign readiness and execution

Required Qualification and Skills

  • Minimum of HND in sciences, social sciences, health, or related fields
  • 1–5 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including report writing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Fluency in local dialects within assigned state is an added advantage
  • Must be resident in Kebbi, Kano, or Yobe State (as applicable)
  • Experience working in hostile/security-compromised locations
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills
