Programme Overview

This is not a temporary graduate trainee programme. This is a direct permanent employment contract from day one, with an 18 month structured onboarding and development programme.

Participants will:

  • Complete structured technical training and onboarding
  • Rotate across departments, research labs, refineries and international subsidiaries
  • Work directly on live multi-energy and industrial projects across the world
  • Receive dedicated one on one mentorship from senior technical experts
  • Have the opportunity for a fully funded learning expedition at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU)

Candidates may be deployed to projects across Africa, Middle East, Asia, Europe and the Americas.

To qualify for this programme applicants must:

  • Hold a Master’s degree or accredited Engineering degree (MSc equivalent)
  • Have studied Engineering, Geoscience, Operations, Drilling, Maintenance, Process Engineering or any related technical field
  • Have less than 3 years of post graduate work experience
  • Have a strong interest in digital, data and technical roles
  • Demonstrate strong problem solving ability and adaptability
  • Be fully fluent in English
  • Be willing to learn French, and willing to work internationally
