Friska Farms Limited is recruiting dedicated and reliable Regional Hub Executives (RHEs) to support its expanding operations across selected regions in Nigeria. This remote opportunity is ideal for individuals who are organized, customer-focused, and passionate about logistics, inventory management, and sales support.
Successful candidates will serve as the official representatives of Friska Farms within their assigned locations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, inventory management, timely product deliveries, and exceptional customer service.

Job Summary
The Regional Hub Executive will oversee local inventory, coordinate deliveries, process customer orders, maintain accurate operational records, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction within the assigned region. The role requires professionalism, accountability, and the ability to work closely with customers, logistics partners, and the company’s operations team.
Compensation
Successful candidates will receive:
- Base Salary: ₦20,000 per month
- Data/Airtime Allowance: ₦10,000 per month
- Commission: ₦750 – ₦1,000 for every successful delivery
Estimated Monthly Earnings: ₦30,000 – ₦50,000, depending on delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment
- Receive, process, and fulfill customer orders according to company standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products within the assigned region.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to guarantee efficient deliveries.
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate product availability.
- Safeguard company inventory and maintain accountability for all assigned products.
Customer Service
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Resolve delivery-related issues professionally.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Represent the Friska Farms brand with professionalism and integrity.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate records of:
- Customer orders
- Inventory movement
- Deliveries
- Returns
- Payments
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Escalate inventory shortages, customer complaints, and operational challenges to management promptly.
Requirements
Applicants must:
- Reside in Abuja (Karu), Benin, Calabar, Uyo, or Kogi.
- Possess a minimum of SSCE qualification.
- Have 1–9 years of relevant work experience.
- Be committed to delivering products promptly and remitting payments on the same day.
- Be willing to follow company procedures and supervisory instructions.
- Demonstrate honesty, responsibility, and professionalism.
- Possess strong communication and customer service skills.
- Be capable of working independently while meeting operational targets.
