About the Role

Key Responsibilities
As the Real Estate Legal Analyst, you will:
- Review and evaluate land control documents, including deeds, ground leases, rights of way, and easement agreements.
- Assess legal documents for term provisions, exclusivity clauses, and conveyance language.
- Identify deficiencies, missing information, and execution issues within site control documentation.
- Organize legal findings into structured and standardized reports for senior legal review.
- Support legal due diligence by reviewing, processing, and annotating real estate documentation.
- Flag incomplete or non-compliant filings based on project requirements and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with senior reviewers to resolve complex legal documentation issues.
Qualifications and Requirements
