About the Role
Beguile is searching for a Social Media Manager who genuinely understands online communities and digital culture. The successful candidate will ensure the brand remains active, engaging, and relevant by managing daily posting, interacting with followers, monitoring trends, and building relationships with creators and customers.
You will work closely with the content team, using audience insights and performance data to improve content strategy while maintaining a consistent and premium brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
As the Social Media Manager, you will:
- Manage Beguile’s social media channels by publishing content and maintaining a consistent brand presence.
- Grow the brand’s presence on TikTok and Instagram using platform-specific strategies.
- Respond promptly to comments, direct messages, mentions, and tags while maintaining an engaging brand voice.
- Build and manage a community of creators, encouraging user-generated content for social campaigns and advertising.
- Monitor trends, viral content, and cultural moments to create timely engagement opportunities.
- Build a loyal online community by fostering meaningful interactions with followers.
- Collaborate with the content team by providing audience insights and contributing to content planning.
- Use creative storytelling to communicate fragrance experiences through digital content.
- Monitor social media performance metrics and use insights to improve engagement and audience growth.
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Proven experience growing brands on TikTok and Instagram with measurable results.
- Previous experience in the beauty, fragrance, or fashion industry.
