Moniepoint Inc. is recruiting a QA Engineer Intern under its Women In Tech Internship Programme in Lagos. This paid 6-month internship offers mentorship and hands-on experience supporting software quality across fintech products by participating in solution design discussions, executing different test types, documenting bugs, and applying quality assurance principles prior to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, enterprise architects, and product/project managers in designing software solutions
• Execute required testing activities to certify application quality before deployment
• Maintain accurate records of bugs and testing outcomes for applications
• Apply sound engineering principles to solve quality and reliability challenges

Required Qualification and Skills

• Experience working in a test-driven development (TDD) or quality-focused development environment
• Solid understanding of software quality assurance principles
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Technical depth and willingness to learn modern QA practices
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
