MTN Nigeria is hiring a Partner – Customer Support to strengthen customer service delivery and stakeholder support from its Ikoyi office in Lagos. The role requires strong customer support experience within the telecommunications industry, advanced use of CRM/helpdesk tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support and service delivery in line with business standards
  • Manage customer interactions and requests using CRM and helpdesk platforms
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation
  • Analyze customer and service data using Excel to support reporting and decision-making
  • Support continuous improvement of customer support processes and tools

Required Qualification and Skills

  • First Degree (or equivalent) in Social Science, Business Management, Accountancy, or related field
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • 3–7 years’ experience in a relevant specialization with teamwork exposure
  • Experience working in a multinational organization
  • Experience in a customer service role in the telecommunications industry
  • Practical experience with CRM/helpdesk tools, Salesforce, and customer management platforms
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Word
  • Customer Service/Customer Relations professional certification is an added advantage
