iDICE Startup Bridge – Growth Lab is a 12-week post-MVP track designed for founders ready to scale a digital or creative tech business, professionalise operations, and raise institutional capital. Delivered in a hybrid format, the programme combines structured learning, hands-on support, mentorship, and equity-based investment to accelerate traction, growth, and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Commit to and participate in an intensive 12-week hybrid programme
• Engage in structured learning, mentorship, and hands-on support sessions
• Demonstrate traction and progress during programme milestones and evaluations
• Work on scaling strategy, operations professionalisation, and growth planning
• Participate under equity-based investment terms as required by the programme

Required Qualification and Skills

• Founder or co-founder of a digital or creative startup
• Product is post-MVP stage or has strong market validation
• Evidence of traction (users, pilots, revenue, partnerships, or strong demand signals)
• Business operating in Nigeria or targeting the Nigerian market
• Ability to commit to a 12-week hybrid programme
• Willingness to accept equity-based investment under programme terms
