Job Description

iDICE Startup Bridge – Founders Lab is a 12-week capacity-building programme designed to help early-stage founders take the first structured steps in building a digital or technical business in Nigeria. The programme emphasizes learning by doing, supporting founders to validate their ideas, improve or design an MVP, and develop a practical business model and execution roadmap, with funding support layered in to aid progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured learning sessions, assignments, evaluations, and Demo Day activities
• Define a clear problem and solution from your idea/prototype
• Validate customer need and refine target market understanding
• Design or improve an MVP/early product based on feedback and validation
• Develop a simple and practical business model
• Create an initial business plan and execution roadmap
• Build understanding of basic operations, pricing, and costs

Required Qualification and Skills

• Business is at idea stage or market validation stage
• Interest in building a digital or tech enterprise
• Plans to operate in Nigeria (any of the 36 states + FCT)
• Founder age requirement: 18–35 years
• Ability to commit time and effort to a 12-week structured programme
• Willingness to participate in learning sessions, assignments, evaluations, and Demo Day
