Job Description
Beta Glass Plc is recruiting an Admin Services Assistant for its Head Office in Lagos to support efficient office operations through facilities coordination, fleet and driver support, protocol services, guest house management, and stock/inventory control. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with internal stakeholders and service providers to maintain service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee office maintenance services and ensure quality performance from service providers
- Receive, track, and resolve internal head office customer complaints promptly
- Coordinate vehicle repairs and preventive maintenance for the company fleet
- Monitor pool car usage, fuel consumption, and driver conduct
- Provide support services for drivers and outsourced staff
- Arrange security escort services for airport pick-ups and drop-offs as required
- Manage guest house bookings and conduct weekly audits using approved checklists
- Manage office consumables, expatriate consumables, and stationery stock
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely replenishment of supplies
Required Qualification and Skills
- BSc/HND in Business Administration or related discipline
- 1–3 years’ experience in a similar admin/facilities role
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision or other ERP systems (advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate vendors, drivers, and multiple internal stakeholders
