Job Description
Tempkers Limited is seeking a dedicated NYSC Corp Member to join as an Admin Intern within its fast-paced HR Consulting firm in Lagos. This internship provides hands-on experience in administrative support, documentation, scheduling, data management, and office coordination while offering exposure to HR consulting operations and client service delivery.
Key Responsibilities for Admin Intern at Tempkers Limited
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR consulting team
- Manage filing, documentation, record-keeping, and office operations
- Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, appointments, and client engagements
- Serve as first point of contact for calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
- Perform data entry, update records, and maintain accurate trackers
- Support preparation of reports, letters, and official documents
- Assist with recruitment admin tasks such as posting job openings and organizing candidate files
- Help maintain office supplies and ensure smooth workflow

Required Qualifications and Skills for Admin Intern at Tempkers Limited
- Must be a current serving NYSC Corp Member
- Bachelor’s Degree (or currently pursuing) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 0–1 year experience (internship or NYSC experience is an advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced consulting environment
