Dangote Cement Responsibilities
Selected trainees will:
- Participate in behavioural screening and safety training
- Attend classroom learning sessions and technical workshops
- Engage in equipment simulations
- Undergo intensive field practice
- Learn safe and efficient operation of heavy earth-moving machinery
- Comply with all safety standards and operational guidelines
Dangote Cement Requirements / Qualifications
To qualify for the Dangote Cement HEMM Operator Training Program, applicants must:
- Have at least five (5) credit passes, including English and Mathematics (WAEC/NECO)
- Be a graduate of a technical college (NTC, NABTEB, or Trade Test I, II, III)
- Be between 22 and 35 years old
- Possess a valid means of identification
- Be physically and mentally fit
- Demonstrate discipline and strong safety awareness
- Be willing to undergo intensive training and assessments
Note: Previous experience in mining or equipment operation is an added advantage but not required.
